Selecting Junk > Block Sender on a specific message doesn't move it to Junk Folder

Outlook 2010 SP2 (Exchange 2010)

Only affecting a specific message from a random Ziff Davis mailing list; had to drag and drop into Junk folder. All other messages are behaving normally and going to Junk automatically after choosing Junk > Block Sender on the message.

Is this sender very clever or is this just a random client bug? Nobody else has received messages from this sender so I can't test. Thanks.

Hi,

I can't tell why since the reason can vary, like the message is corrupted.

For the test purpose, you can create a new Outlook Profile, setup the Exchange Account again, try if you can reproduce this issue. If the issue was because the email was corrupted in the data file of your precious profile, then it shouldn't occur with the new profile.

After this is verified, you can remove the new created profile.
